PCR is a very solid label. I’ve had three tracks with them, and for two of those, I got contracts with no recoupment. Their promotion is good, though sometimes a bit hit-or-miss. Still, it’s a good label they do spend a lot. I received my payments every month and was able to withdraw them easily. The owner is very responsive if any issues arise.
