they offer a cash advance for a release, usually 100-300$, after that, they hide a publishing administration contract along with the master recording contract master recording side: very short contract, 0 promotion, AI generated cover art publishing side: its promised in the contract that the author takes these revenue splits: 60% mechanicals 50% sync 64% textual but none of these matter ! because they sign up to a PRO with YOUR name and take all the author's share (supposed to be paid out by the PRO to the author directly, without the publisher interfering) and this is illegal, which is why MULTIPLE LABELS HAVE SUED THEM speaking of illegal, they mostly target artists under the age of 18, artists that have no knowledge about publishing and don't have easy access to a lawyer, so they can keep registering songs. they send out modified royalty statements where the compositions make very little income to the point that it can't recoup the initial advance they give, trapping you in the contract forever (it says 3 years, but it will last forever if it doesnt recoup) this is all i can say because everything else is confidential (they threaten to sue you for everything) but just know that you will be disgusted with how these guys work and operate their scam

Luckily I did not release with them, but I've been contacted by their A&Rs twice and had a chance to review their contract and terms. As someone already posted a review, they hide an aggressive publishing clause, and push you into signing. The clause basically says that you give up all of your publishing rights. Avoid them at all cost.

This label does 2 contracts for you and hides a publishing one to rob all your publishing and do whatever they want with it, adding to that, they scam kids and tell them it’s ok to sign and safe (when it’s not) if you ever signed to this label, just know you are screwed and all your publishing royalties are gone
