Very gud label
I think it's one of the best label for promotion/marketing. They're a bit hard to contact but it's not a problem.
What artists say
I think it's one of the best label for promotion/marketing. They're a bit hard to contact but it's not a problem.
Promotion: whilst some people have had some bad experiences, I can overall say that if a track has potential, they will make it perform. They have many high quality editors and work to create trends efficiently and effectively. Creative freedom: GAMBL is very supportive of uniqueness and not afraid to take a risk. Contract Clarity: contracts are explicitly written. Communication: If you have good connection to them you will have no problems getting a response as they are often active.
payments and royalties: i can't even get them to send me the royalty statements because of how slow they are. i have been waiting for 2 months for my royalty statements and they still wont send anything because theyre "busy" and they recoup A LOT + they use soundon as a distributor, so its gonna be hard to see any income from them communication: they take weeks to reply and they ghost CONSTANTLY. i had a song that had an advance, and they took 2 MONTHS to finally deliver it i wouldve had so many songs released with them if they didn't ghost me, i had so many demos that they LIKED and ASKED ME to release with them, but they end up ghosting and taking weeks to reply anything back so they never released, and i had to go with other labels promotion: very mid promotion, they buy tons of generic videos that thtey will recoup unless u contact their A&R to lock in with the marketing, and most of the time its not that effective creative freedom: i cant even release my songs with them, they accept anything i send but they wont release it its a label where u need to constantly fight to make urself the most important artist in their roster, which is very limiting as an artist
