I've uploaded some songs with echo8 and I'm disappointed, since they're a sub label of 0to8 which is a decent label, personally they have never done promo, there is no contract, it is very difficult to communicate with them and they only do promo to some songs only by big artists, If you're a small artist I don't recommend uploading music with them if you feel it has potential
Payments & Royalties: I feel like Echo8 are ghosting their artists and they are not paying them. Communication: They are insanely hard to contact, they take days or even WEEKS to answer to a single message, which is crazy Contract clarity: Well I never saw somebody signing a contract with Echo8 😭 they are not making contracts except when the artists ask, and this should be changed Promotion: They never promote songs except the songs from big artists. The little promotion they do is recoup also. Last time I won one of their contests, and they promised 100$ of non-recoup promo on my song. Results are only 5 promoted videos and not even 1k streams on my song. Creative freedom: They accept literally everything and that’s why there’s always no promo Overall I think this is a very bad label I would never recommend it to an artist.
released multiple songs with echo8, without contract. they did okay numbers bcs of my own promo, label did pretty much nothing except for one song. Havent worked with them in a while, they really dont care to do anything unless its already Doing numbers
