Very bad label for small artists (Personal experience)

I uploaded a song with them, I'm a small artist and And I saw that quite a few of their songs that had been uploaded by some medium/big artists had good numbers and good promo, but that's the problem, they only do promotion when the artist is big and does a lot of promotion with them, Which means that if you're a small artist and you don't have enough income to spend on promotion, they won't do it either

They said they would put investment into it if it grew on tiktok on its on. How will it grow on tiktok if you don't even promote a bit? I guess...
