Personal experience 1/5, overall 3/5
Unfortunately I released with them once, and won't come back again. - Initial contract is not great, but luckily they're fine with negotiating. - Overall contact and communication is honestly quite good and clear. And now we're starting with real cons: - My promotion experience with them was absolutely terrible. Honestly? The worst promotion campaign I received for any of my songs. $500 spent for 17 tiktok videos, none of which got any notable views. As if it weren't bad enough, the content they paid for did not fit the song. Most of it was low effort football edits (like these lower quality ones you can buy for <$10/post), 3 or 4 anime edits AND FOR WHATEVER REASON - an AI generated pig ... - Unfortunately the promotion itself was not the only problem. Somehow they also destroyed my song's .wav file. When they distributed the release, the song played normally from the start, then at ~0:23 it got cut off and started over. It took them a bit over a week to fix, it completely destroyed all the algorithms on the song and made it my worst performing release since 2025 or even 2024 (even though I was at the highest point of my career at the moment of release). To summarize: my personal experience was an absolute 1/5, but the reason I gave 3/5 here is: - My case is rather rare, although their promotion is still definitely worse than competitors. - They agreed to move the song from my main alias, over to my side alias, so that it does not hurt my image. - Communication was their strong side.
